Refund policy

Honua is a small business that relies on the satisfaction of people like you! If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new, clean, unused condition, with original tags and labels attached. The item must not smell of body odor, perfume, smoke, or any other odor.

RETURN PROCESS

To return or exchange an item, please email honuathelabel@gmail.com to start your return process. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange, although we will do our best to get to it sooner if possible.

EXCEPTIONS

Returns/ Exchanges are not allowed on final sale items.

If your purchase is a gift, we can extend the days to make exchanges within a reasonable timeframe of the delivery date.
